Delivery Policy and FAQ
Legalities
- All deliveries must be received by persons aged 18 or above.
- We reserve the rights to request for a valid photo ID to verify recipient’s age.
- We adhere with the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act in Singapore and are unable to deliver your order to public spaces after 10.30PM.
- We reserve the rights to reject your purchase if you appear intoxicated or are physically or verbally abusive to any of our team members.
Delivery (Standard)
All of our white wines, beers and champagnes are SERVED CHILLED!
- Alcoholic purchase above $80 will get FREE DELIVERY!*
- A $18 delivery fee will be incurred for orders below $80.*
- A late night surcharge of $3 applies to orders between 10:00pm to 1:00am.
- A surcharge of $5 applies for orders placed on or scheduled to be delivered on Public Holidays.
- In a case of a failed delivery, or failed payment, a charge of not less than $20 will be incurred in compensation for any administrative and logistic costs.
Delivery (Carton Purchase)
You may combine items bought in the Standard Delivery + Delivery Carton Purchase to reach a collective cart total ABOVE $150 to enjoy FREE DELIVERY.
Carton orders are not delivered CHILLED.
- Carton purchase above $150 will get FREE DELIVERY!*
- A $19.90 delivery fee will be incurred for orders below $150.*
- A late night surcharge of $3 applies to orders between 10:00pm to 1:00am.
- A surcharge of $5 applies for orders placed on or scheduled to be delivered on Public Holidays.

1 Hour Delivery Timings
- - Mondays to Fridays from 10:00am to 6:30pm last order.
- - Saturdays 10:00am to 3:30pm last order.
- - Sundays & Public Holidays (Closed)
- Orders before our operation hours are scheduled for one of our first dispatch which will reach you by 1:30pm the following day.
- Deliveries outside our 1 hour delivery timings will require orders to be placed in advance. Advanced orders must be placed 24 hours prior to delivery time.
- Delivery timings can be scheduled at your desired time, subject to availability.
*During inclement weather, traffic congestion, extremely high call volume or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may take longer than 1 hour or may be temporarily be unavailable. If any of such circumstance arises, our friendly staff will contact you via your contact number submitted or using the announcement bar to update you with the relevant details and estimated time of arrival.
*Delivery to the some parts of the island will have a minimum order and delivery timing might vary due to the time taken to service such areas. These locations includes examples like: NTU, TUAS ($100 minimum), LIM CHU KANG, SUNGEI GEDONG, KRANJI FARM AREA ($150 minimum) For more information, please do give us a call at 9230 2325.*
Return and Refund Policy
At Alcoholnow.sg, we sell well known, high quality brands of alcohol so when you place an order you can be confident that you're getting exactly what you're expecting.
We are happy to accept returns of product that are delivered damaged or unusable for any reason. We don't expect this to ever happen but please call our customer service line within 24 hours of delivery in the event that it does.
Cancellation is generally only allowed 24 hours before the specific delivery time slot by contacting our customer service hotline +65 92302325 or email at sales@alcoholnow.sg . During the day of delivery, no cancellation is allowed. Last minute cancellation will draw a $20 cancellation fee, to factor in for logistics cost involved.
Please note that refunds will take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank statement, depending on the respective bank's processing time.
